ASHAOLU DAVID OLUWOLE Chairman

Ashaolu has over 25 year's professional experience in Finance, Insurance, Marketing and Education. He hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile - Ife.

He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria; a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Associate Member Nigerian Institute of Management - (NIM).

Until recently, Oluwole was the Zonal Chief Executive (Eastern Operations) in Sovereign Trust Insurance Pc where he worked for over 18 years before establishing GENESIS INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED as the Managing Director/CEO. He is also on the board of many companies and Chairman, DUSL MICRO CREDIT LIMITED.

ASHAOLU OLAYEMI ABIOLA Managing Director/Director of Education

She holds a Bachelor in Education from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and Masters in Business Education majoring in Marketing from Ogun State University, Ogun State. She is an Associate Member of (NIM) Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

Olayemi has over 15 years of Banking experience in Treasury and Cash operations department of Trans International Bank and Springs Bank of Nigeria and later resigned her financial duties to team up with the dynamic team of LITTLE LIGHTS SCHOOL LIMITED in August, 2006 as the Director of Education / Managing Director. She also sits on the board of TRAVELPLUS AND LOGISTICS NIGERIA LIMITED and also PENIEL CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED.

MR AWOPETU OLAOSEBIKAN THEOPHILUS Director

Mr Olaosebikan Awopetu is an astute banker of over 12 years of working experience in Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime Investigation, Customer Services, Sales, Internal Control, Credit and Operational Units of various financial institutions and banks. He attended Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye, where he bagged first degree in Accounting Education. He later obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. While in the banking industry, he worked as AML Analyst Investigation and Compliance Officer at Spring Bank Plc. Mr Awopetu later worked in Treasury Management and Operations unit of Oceanic Bank Plc. Until recently, Mr Olaosebikan Awopetu was the Chief Operation Officer at PURPLE MONEY MICRO-FINANCE BANK LIMITED.

OLORI FALABI OMOTUNDE ESTHER Director

Olori Omotunde holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in English Education from University of Ibadan and University of Ilorin respectively.She is an astute business woman and runs a large supermarket, TK SUPERMARKET STORES in Ikire, Osun State.

She had been in Education for over 15 years and had managed many secondary and primary schools to success. Olori Omotunde also sits on the board of Tunlay Investments Limited, Tunlay Properties Limited, Wuse 11, Abuja and LITTLE LIGHTS SCHOOL, EbunOluwa International School, Ofatedo, Osogbo and SPRINGSTIDE Primary and Secondary School, Kurudu, Abuja.

CONEL FALABI OLAYIWOLA DUPE Director

Colonel Falabi Olayiwola Dupe is a retired Senior Army officer who has served in different capacities within the Military establishment in Nigeria. He attended University of Lagos where he bagged his first degree in Economics and Masters of Science in Economics, specializing in Monetary Economics. He is a fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. His span of experience cuts across political, civil and the military where he undergone trainings and workshops both locally and internationally. Col. Falabi (RTD.) is also on the board of Ikire Micro Finance Bank and many other companies spanning various sectors of the economy ranging from Tourism, Hospitality, Real Estate and Property Developments and other businesses. He is also the Chairman, TUNLAY Investment Services.
